Failure to submit the presentation 10 days prior to the Event will result in Speaker not being able to use their presentation during their speech.

Speaker agrees to send a minimum of 3 email blasts to speaker’s database and include a banner promoting the event on speaker’s website, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms for duration of the signing of this agreement to the end of the event.
Suggested timelines : 1st email immediately on signing the agreement
2nd email 12th-19th May, 3rd email 2nd-6th June. ( this is the minimum requirement, you are free to promote the event as much as you are able )
Global woman will provide speaker banner and graphics to utilise on social media platforms.
Organiser and Speaker hereby agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
2.1 In order for the event to run smoothly, Organiser requires Speaker to be present at the Event and in the hall at least 90 minutes before his/her speaking time.
2.2 Speaker agrees to adhere strictly to the allocated speaking schedule within their – and agrees not to disrupt the other panelists’ speaking slot in any way.
2.3 Speaker if referencing other Speakers / panelists agrees to do so in positive regard and respect.
2.4 Organiser reserves the right to allocate Speaker’s speaking slot. The allocated time slot is final and Speaker agrees to be present during the given time.
2.5 Speaker presentation must be insightful and content rich – and not simply a ‘sales pitch’ or self-introduction. At least 85% of Speaker’s slot must be spent on delivering educational material. The Speaker is strictly prohibited from making any sales pitches from the stage. The Speaker may offer a free gift to attendees via a QR code, provided that no sales or promotional activities are conducted during the presentation.
2.6 Speakers should acknowledge Organiser and whomever the person-in-charged at the beginning and at the end of their speaking.
2.7 Speaker’s content shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of England and Wales.
2.8 Speaker agrees that his/her presentation shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other party, and that the speaker has received any licenses or permissions to use the intellectual property of any other party whose said property may be incorporated in the speaker’s content.
3.1 Speaker is advised to be onsite during the entire duration of the event and not only appear during the given speaking slot.
3.2 Based on positive experience, the Speaker is encouraged to interact with the attendees by being available for questions, photo taking, and interaction during break times or during panel and/or breakout sessions.
3.3 It is requested that Speaker be mindful towards other speakers and stop any discussion with participants upon the start of the next speaker’s session and encourage attendees to return to their seats and continue the discussion at the next available break.
3.4 Speaker is requested to be present at the following sessions at the Event:

Speaker Endorsements
48 hours prior to the event, we request the speaker to promote on social media that they will be speaking at the Global Woman Summit. During the event after their talk, we request that the Speaker meets with our VIP clients for photo-op.
5.1 Bonuses
5.2 Speaker agrees to supply the Organiser with at least one free consultation / coaching session to one attendee.
5.3 Event Marketing by Speaker
5.3.1 In order to ensure this event is filled to maximum capacity, Organiser asks that the Speaker actively promote this event to his/her mailing and social media list.
5.3.2 Speaker agrees to send a minimum of 3 email blasts to speaker’s database and include a banner promoting the event on speaker’s website, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms for duration of the signing of this agreement to the end of the event.
The Speaker hereby authorizes and consents Organiser to the absolute rights to publish, use, sell or assign any and all contents, portraits or pictures, video recording and/or sound recordings, or any part thereof for publicity, advertising or any lawful purpose whatsoever and hereby waives any right that speaker may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used now or anytime in the future.
Speaker shall endeavour to allow for all media and sponsor interviews to enhance the profile and marketing of the Event. Should there be any sponsor interviews, media conferences, TV appearances and radio announcements, an itinerary of the said interviews will be submitted in advance to allow the Speaker to make appropriate preparations.
In the event that the Event has to be cancelled, Speaker will hold the Organiser harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law from all losses and expenses incurred in conjunction with this action. Should Speaker fail to appear or perform on the actual event day; Speaker agrees to compensate any losses and expenses incurred by the Organiser in the staging of the Event. Please note that there are no refunds for any reason once this agreement is signed.
Organiser or the Speaker may terminate this agreement at will by giving ten (10) days’ notice.
Organiser herein agrees and acknowledges that Organiser is an independent contractor and that neither Organiser nor any employees or agents thereof, for the purposes of this presentation, may be considered agents or employees of Speaker. Any media advertising, publication or handout produced by or for Organiser and relating in any way to this presentation will so indicate in a prominent manner.
The Speaker shall fully indemnify Organiser and hold Organiser harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, claims and proceedings which may be incurred or suffered by or taken against the Organiser as a result of any breach by the Speaker of any provision of this Agreement or any act, default, misleading offers made, omission or negligence of any nature on the part of the Speaker, employees of Speaker, its’ agents and/or representatives and otherwise in connection with the Event.
If this agreement becomes impossible to perform by either party due to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to hold the seminar, this contract may be terminated by written notice from one party to the other. The program will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
Any claims or differences of matters in dispute arising between the parties hereunder out of this Agreement or connected herewith shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The parties mutually agree upon the arbitrator herein, or in the event of failure to agree upon a single arbitrator, each party herein shall choose one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators shall appoint a third arbitrator. The decision of the majority thereof will be final and conclusive.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties. This Agreement is not assignable without the written consent of both parties hereto and any attempted assignment will be void.
This Agreement shall be entered into the United Kingdom and any action brought under this Agreement or to interpret this Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of England and Wales.
This Agreement constitutes the only endorsed Agreement between the parties. Any changes, additions or deletions will only be accepted if put in writing and endorsed and agreed to by both parties.
